"Look" désigne l'apparence quand tu l'utilises en substantif, pas la manière dont il regarde.
But, anyway, she is naked, trapped with her legs spread apart and her tail held up with several dildos and a crop around her (she cannot see the whip)... and the only thing she worries about is how he is looking at her? Isn't the whole setup enough to warn her she is not about to get a massage? :-)
