Anonymous29: Just in case someone shows-up here & is still confused even after reading all the comments,it's a reference to the ATHF(AquaTeenHungerForce)show that /used/ to be on ADULTSWIM back in the mid-to-late 2000's(I'm typing this in late 2018 & it's no longer around,except thru streams)...
SPOILER ALERT:Dr.Weird had his head attached to this "device" after it got chopped-off in an ep.(can't remember how many eps. in)...
Also,Dr.Weird said this in 1 of the eps.(or the movie,can't remember which & it's been YEARS since I've seen the show last)...

I would like to also add that it was rare the show ever showed anything as explicit as this(I think the un-rated version of the movie /may/ have shown something,but the show never did).

I was a HUGE fan of ADULTSWIM during it's "Absurd Comedies" period & watched almost EVERY-SINGLE show they aired from 2004-2014(maybe it was '03,but I can't recall for certain).
If you like ATHF(or absurdity),check-out MOST of what was on around it's time,at least 75% of it was KRAZY-AS$-SH1T trying to out-crazy each-other(lookin' at you,Squidbillies)...
R.I.P.-Mike Lazlo-period of ADULTSWIM(he was the guy who picked the shows)...
