Anonymous19: "Robley" was a popular character in various fan art some years back. One of the more circulated and lauded artists to use the character, though I don't know if they started it, at some point drew, in a similar style to this "Hellströem" though I don't know if it is the same artist, strips where Poison Ivy makes a "Fountain of Youth" type drug, and ends up giving an very young Haley to Batman to raise...and another where Batman wakes up from a nightmare about having Harley as his Robin. The late great Hillary Bader sometimes used a "young Harley" gimmic, and one episode of the officially licensed cartoon, that she wrote back in the '90s might have inspired the "Ivy accidentally makes Harley young and can't handle raising her" plot.
