Anonymous5: I know some people draw tails with two cocks but Balto is the first character I’ve seen drawn with one cock and four balls. Did I miss some stuff with that from before?
Anonymous6: The upper pair of "balls" is the knot, which swells up as the female's ring clamps down, tying the male dog to the female. The artist has a fair grasp of canine anatomy, although sizes and locations are a bit off.

I'm more disturbed by Balto's gigantic head.
