Well the problem with anal birth is that the baby would first have to either A) travel through the intestines if it's the implied stomach birth or B) exit the anal sphincter which cannot actually streach to release some of the excriment we produce naturally, let alone a full sized baby. No, a cesection would probably be the most realistic option for a male pregnancy birth.
