DigiSim: Miss Tickle or any of the other girls from Mission: Magic!, the female characters from Beverly Hills Teens, the girls from Hero High or Galaxy High, the girls from Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters From Beverly Hills. I know the last one was live-action but the girls were really fuckable.

And the main source of Drawn-sex's fail is not the coloring, but the proportions, the bizarre out-of-character behavior, and the dialogue.
