An_Onymous: I don't know what specific ailment this character has, but it's quite possible for someone to retain full sensation in their lower half despite not being ambulatory. For instance, the problem could be muscular rather than neural in nature. I have a friend who uses a wheelchair, and she quite often receives (and very much enjoys) foot massages from me. :)
