Anonymous5: No, the gerudo are always meant to have regular human ears. Hylians only have pointed ears because it historically allowed them to hear the voices of the godess'. One of the gossip stones by the temple of time in oot mentions that gerudo women often visit hyrule castle town to find boyfriends, and it was elaborated on in an interview that when hylians and gerudos have kids together, the kids are always fully gerudo, and always girls (unless it's the new incarnation of Ganondorf, but that's only once every 100 years).
