The blonde with the black hair-band is Millia Rage from Guilty Gear, not Sonya Blade.
The blonde with withered-color hair (lower-left) is Kula Diamond in her non-fighting form.
Kula Diamond has blue hair only when she's prepared to fight - when she's not using her fighting state he has blitched-out blonde hair and exactly same hair-cut style as the one we see on the picture.
