The way I see it, the human mind, in this case the mind of the male, is constantly in denial. However, the less intelligent the mind is, the deeper it get goes into this state. This is the origin of stereotypes and racism, where the brain thinks whatever it wants to think about someone without rationally thinking or looking on the other side of things.
In this case, and on another event that happened here, the brain of one individual, possibly even more than one, got so deep it thought what it wanted of girls so as to think of themselves greater than they are and also have a chance of getting a woman in their lifetime. On multiple pictures, the phrase "ALL WOMEN ARE SLAVES" was posted in the comments. This person perhaps had problems with girls before. Depending on his age and how much he's been around girls or how he was taught, he may have learned this in several ways. Perhaps his father was cruel to his mother, and he grew up thinking this is how it should be. Perhaps he is having woman troubles and he just wants to think that this is the truth, going back to the denial problem.
The poster at the top was possibly the same person, but assuming that he is not, he can assume many other possibilities. For example, he may just be another porn addict, spending all his time wasting away learning about women from porn movies and hentai sites.
