Anonymous2: Royal Pain was the name of the villain in that Disney movie Sky High. This is Constant Payne. I never knew about this pilot until about two years ago. I know its getting a lot of support since Rebel Taxi's top 10 failed animated pilots, I'm glad both parties are getting recognition.
