jubilation_t_cornpone: Don't report dupes without an image link to the other pic, preferably in the reason box. We just dismiss reports without the link, unless there are only a handful of pics under the tag.
jubilation_t_cornpone: We often get reports because someone "just remembered seeing it". It may be different in some way or maybe they actually saw it on another site. Sometimes the difference is extreme, like panties or not.
We insist on image links because;
1. it proves the dupe actually exists
2. we don't have to hunt for a pic that might not even be there
Also, don't go by thumbnails. Check the sizes and actually compare the pics. Since you are calling up the other pic anyway, it's easy to get the ID for the report.

dupe of >>000000
where 000000 is the image ID of the other pic.
Dismissing this report.
