During different times of a woman's cycle she is more or less fertile, but there's not really such a thing as a safe day, at least not a predictable one, due to the fact that it can take +/-4 days for the sperm to get where it's going and a woman's cycles don't really work like clockwork perfectly most of the time.
That said, the seven days immediately during/after and immediately before a woman's period are the safest.
This will GENERALLY work, but for fuck sake use a condom, anyway, lest the thing in the upper right of the image happens.
