Anonymous1: centre of the pic gives the right proportion's. outer edge's have that stretched effect.
As a photographer this is the third worse thing you can do, but the other two, (light exposure and focus), are bang on. Find a len's to remove this fish bowl effect and it'll be much better. Or zoom out, take the shot, then crop out what you don't need and re-size the picture.
Anonymous3: he just has to back waaay up and zoom waaay in but that'll screw up the placement of the characters - it isn't an easy problem to fix and get a very similar image
